Fine for mosquito breeding for households increased amid dengue threat, helpline number issued Hospitals have been directed to reserve beds for dengue patients and ensure adequate stock of essential medicines. Besides, the Delhi Government has issued helpline number 1031 for vector-borne diseases and from next week onwards patients will be able to speak directly to doctors through it, said the government.
