Airtel xstream fiber internet is not working in this part of AFE since late night, according to residents.
A resident said despite complaint nobody has come yet to fix the connection. The cause of disruption in Xtream fiber internet is not known, said a resident.
Another resident said he has been trying to file complaint but with little success. With JIO also landing in Okhla there is stiff competition with many switching to the new arrival.
An Airtel user said usually service is good but this is for the first time that he has faced such a problem over years. He said when he called an AIRTEL technician on phone he was very rude and disconnected the call and for hours is continuously cutting calls.
Another user said the disconnection happened and there has been no message. Usually we used to get SMS alert on registered number but this time nothing like this happened, said one resident, adding that the last message was: “Want to shift your Airtel Xstream Fiber connection? All you need to do is submit a shifting request and within 24 hours, your Wi-Fi will be up and running in your new home, without any hassle whatsoever!”
He said when one is calling on its number, he is getting message of modem switched off and there is nobody to talk and take complaints.
