Presence of large number of local residents and police at Holy Family Hospital on Friday night raised eyebrows in the locality with journalists of mainstream media calling to know the reason.

It is understood that the crowd was the result of a suspected stabbing incident in Zakir Nagar gali number 6 on Friday with the victims being rushed to the local hospital for treatment. All the victims are from one family of Zakir Nagar, according to sources.

Former Councillor Shoaib Danish said he is on his way to the hospital after he came to know about the stabbing incident in Zakir Nagar lane number 6 at 8.30 pm in which four people got injured and hospitalised.

Son of Shayan Ahmad Arif (Cement wale) died in the incident.

Another resident Waseem said one youth is critical. A YouTuber who rushed to the spot said large number of local residents was seen outside the hospital.
