I am so grateful to you for remembering me and my family in your prayers. Your touching messages, good wishes, blessings, love and affection gave us lot of strength and motivated to fight back and emerge as the winners. My prayers and good wishes to my friends and well wishers who might be facing a difficult time like me.

“In case, any of you or your loved ones require our blood plasma, we would happily donate it as per the medical advice. Our blood groups are as follows; Myself: O+ Hina: B- Aliza: O+ Mustafa: B+.”

On April 17, Shafique Ul Hasan wrote on his timeline: “I am writing this as many friends are asking about my ‘silence’ for the past 2 weeks. Despite being extra careful and taking many precautions, on April 4 with the appearance of Covid symptoms, I, along with my wife tested positive on April 10. The 2nd deadly wave has devastated so many lives around us. We also struggled hard for our lives and those were extremely difficult and hopeless moments when with many complications, my wife’s oxygen saturation dropped below 90 but we didn’t lose hope and with the grace of Allah, we are now feeling little better and hope that our critical time has been passed. Please do remember us in your prayers.”
