Dug-up road in Okhla Vihar’s Parathe Wali Gali is causing immense hardship, according to residents. A resident said: “This is Okhla Vihar block D, famous as Parathe Wali Gali dug on August 1 and since then the situation has been getting worse day by day it is so hard to walk in this alley. Other lanes nearby which were dug up after Prathe Wali Gali are already constructed.”

This is not the only case in Jamia Nagar, said residents, adding that in many places the situation is extremely bad with dug-up road for sewer work still to be completed. And the non-stop rain for three days deteriorated things further with waterlogged roads and potholes surfacing.
