All these years Rahman has been writing articles on current affairs in national dailies and penning books but on Monday he took up to cooking job at his house in Okhla and his mouth-watering first dish was gobbled up by his children in one go.

“It made me really proud that I too can cook as all these years I have been relishing dishes made from my wife and mother. On my kids’ suggestion I started a YouTube channel dedicated to food,” said Rahman, requesting not to mention his full name.

My teen son’s editing skills came handy as he helped me upload it, he said, adding that now he would wait and see the response of the people.

“Chicken Changezi recipe is among the oldest chicken recipes in the country. It has got its name from Genghis Khan who is called Changez in Urdu.
