Viral girl Mahira visits Okhla to warm welcome
Mahira Khan needs no introduction. An alumna of Jamia Millia Islamia she had grabbed national media after her speech at the recent National Youth Parliament had gone viral.
She overnight turned into youth icon with her video of speech in the Central Hall of Parliament and uploaded by Sansad TV getting millions viewership.
Other TV channels and YouTubers ran her story, making her a household name. Many Okhla residents praised her speech.
And today she visited the police library of Jamia Nagar Police Station and interacted with students and aspirants, said Rizwan Khan, of the teachers at the library.
While interacting with students she talked about her journey inspiring many there.
Very recently she was hailed Saudi Arabia during her visit to a school there.
Khan’s father is in the construction business while her mother is a homemaker.
