“This is the condition of the road. Heavy traffic and I was planning to take my ailing child to a doctor but got stuck in this maddening traffic. Had to park my scooty next to police station and board the metro. The root cause is yet another breakdown of a DTC bus: A common phenomenon. Traffic right from Okhla Vihar metro till Jamia School completely choked,” he wrote a few minutes ago in a message to the OT.
