Watch: One dead, 3 cousins injured in Zakir Nagar stabbing incident, claim residents
The Zakir Nagar stabbing incident in Okhla on Friday night at 8.30 pm in gali number 6 has left residents in deep shock as one youth succumbed to his injuries, according to residents.
As words about the stabbing incident in which four youth of one respectable family of Zakir Nagar was attacked with the motive yet not known spread like wildfire many local residents, including AAP leaders, former Congress MLA Asif Md Khan, former Councillor Shoaib Danish and journalists turned up at Holy Family Hospital.
The son of Shayan Ahmad Arif (cement wale) has died in the incident.
YouTuber Rizwan Khan said the youth attacked in the stabbing incident died and three of his family members were taken to another hospital for treatment.
AAP leader Mahmood Ahmed, who turned up at the hospital, said one youth succumbed to his injuries from stabbing. “This is very shocking incident. Why this happened,” asked Mahmood.
Arif Cement wale’s son has died, said another resident.
People are in deep shock after the incident.
Former Congress MLA Asif Md Khan said all the youths are from one family and all teenagers. “The youths were attacked and one died on site and was declared brought dead,” said Khan, adding that the reason behind the attack is yet not known.
Councillor Danish said he too has been told that one has died in the incident.
