JMI student Harshita Shukla bags Silver Medal in Haryana State Boxing Championships 2021-22
Jamia Millia Islamia is proud to announce that Harshita Shukla, a student of M.A. Development Extension, Semester III, Department of Adult and Continuing Education and Extension (DACEE) has bagged a Silver Medal yesterday at the 2nd Elite Women’s Haryana State Boxing Championships 2021-22 organised by the Haryana Boxing Sangh in the Fly Weight category (54kg-57kg).
Dr. Shikha Kapur, Head, DACEE told that Harshita is a fantastic confluence of academics and sports as she bagged 2nd position in her class in Semester-I.
Jamia fraternity congratulates Harshita for the achievement and wishing her the very best for her endeavours ahead. It is expected that other students, particularly girls will taken inspiration from her to do well in sports and academics together.
