Amanatullah lays foundation stone of another freedom fighter fountain
Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan laid a foundation stone of another Freedom Fighter Fountain Park on the line of one at Tikona Park on Thursday at Kalindi Kunj.
This Freedom Fountain is to be built in memory of freedom fighters, in front of Kalindi Kunj Park, according to engineer Md Jabir present at the inauguration site.
The Freedom Fighter Fountain Park has come under criticism from Congress workers and leaders in Okhla who had opposed to freedom fighter photos posted below political leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Khan.
Months ago, a local Congress leader had even put black paint on the Kejirwal photo which was later on replaced. The video and photo of which had surfaced on the social media.
