    Ayesha Jameel

Ayesha did her schooling from The Pinnacle School and Summer Fields School, New Delhi. Ayesha went on to pursue her Bachelors in English and Education followed by Masters in English from Jamia.  A resident of Zakir Nagar, she hopes to inspire her students especially girls that aspirations should be integral in our lives and one should strive to achieve them!

The U.S Department of State initiates to promote girls’ education around the world, of which Ayesha and her peers will be part of. The program has been designed to integrate a gender and education focus throughout the academic seminars and workshops.

The Fulbright Program is the world’s largest and most diverse international educational exchange program where its alumni have become heads of state, judges, ambassadors, cabinet ministers, CEOs, university presidents, journalists, artists, scientists and teachers. They also include Nobel Laureates, Pulitzer Prize winners and so on.

In a special mention, Ayesha is grateful to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Najma Akhtar and her Principal, Dr Zafar Ahmad Siddiqui for believing in her and for encouraging her to participate on this prestigious international platform.
