Okhla Vihar: An unattended bag near Jama Masjid Kahkashan sparked panic among residents of the area on Sunday night, according to locals. As words spread, panicked residents stepped out of their homes to find out what was inside the bag. Police were informed and it arrived at the scene for inspection.
