Amanatullaha’s arrest unconstitutional, says MLA’s wife, calls for Okhla bandh
The arrest of Ammanatullah Khan on Thursday from Kanchan Kunj is unsconstitutional, according to the MLA’s wife Shafia. In a social media post shared on Khan’s official timeline she wrote in Hindi: “He has been sent behind the bars for raising the voice of public. I request Okhla residents to keep their shops closed from 9 am to 5 pm to protest his arrest…”
,” wrote Shafia, wife of Khan.
