Man’s body found, panic grips Noor Nagar residents
Panic gripped locals after a body of a man was allegedly found in Noor Nagar area on Saturday morning, according to a resident. Following which, police were informed and then cops and forensic team reached the spot and took away the body of the man for post-mortem, said Syed Fouzul Azeem urf Arshi.
He said words spread in the locality today about a body of a man, identified as one Arshad (yet to be officially confirmed), being found in a jungle area near Noor Nagar jhuggi by some residents who had gone to defecate. The family used to reside in Noor Nagar jhuggi, said the leader.
Police team reached the spot and the probe is on.

The development has left many residents deeply upset as they said it has come only a few days after the murder of a Noor Nagar resident Wasif Sattar Ghazi.
Ghazi was shot dead on August 14 in Noor Nagar. Arrests have been made in the case. According to residents, crime happening in the area is not a good sign and they fear for their safety as well. Overall, for many residents, the area is known to be a peaceful one with crime rates, like murder, being low.
