Meet Johri Farm youths sanitising houses, offices, shops at ‘nominal prices’
As door-to-door sanitisation is picking up, a Johri Farm-based resident Aamir Ayub has started doing the service at minimum price.

“We have minimised the price for sanitisation and try to donate from the revenue which gets generated, said Aamir, the owner of this organisation, who on Thursday was seen at Abul Fazal Enclave with his team for the senitising team.
Aamir told OT that he is from Johri Farm.
It is understood that the team started the work in the neighbourhood but now they are visited placed after being called for the service. The good thing about the team is that they are fully packed in PPE kits and move around wearing gloves and disinfection equipment.
“Government has tried their best to sanitise outdoor areas but the problem goes beyond that. So we decided to help people out with indoor sanitisation,” said Aamir as reported by the HT.
“We charge Rs100 per room in which bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are also covered, and so far people have been very welcoming of the subsidised services. We also educate people on different sanitisation measures,’’ said Aamir, adding that his team of Right to Safety Foundation has disinfected a few places, including police stations and fire stations and other, without charging a penny.
