A touching video of Okhla on a bone-chilling night will warm your heart!!! On a day when Delhi is shivering the homeless face the hardest time to keep warm. For such impoverished people a blanket is a gift never to be forgotten. So on Friday an Okhla-based activist went out in the locality to have first-hand experience of how life is in the night.
“I saw many poor people sleeping on the road. Some among them didn’t have enough blankets to cover themselves. So I gave them woollen socks and blankets so that they could at least sleep properly in the night,” said Aseem Asha who runs Aseem Asha Foundaiton from Okhla Vihar.
