Watch: Okhla celebrates R-Day with patriotic fervour, Chand Masjid Imam hoists national flag at ECM event
Like every year, this year too Earthcare Mission (ECM) and other Okhla residents celebrated 74th Republic Day at Unity Apartment, Thoker No4, Abul Fazal Enclave I on January 26.
The national flag was hoisted by the Imam of Chand Masjid, and different cultural programmes were also presented by the children of Madarsa Chand Masjid.
Members of ECM SZI Hashmi, MM Hashmi Advocate, Azhar Alam Advocate, Professor Jawaid Ahmad, Hamdard University, Ijtaba Ahmad, Parwez Ahmad, Farrukh Ahmad, Baeg and others are also participated in the events.
Sweets and chocolates were distributed among the participants, said Hashmi.
In other parts of Okhla, the event was celebrated with patriotic fervour.
