The page with 96K followers was compromised and the admin removed on April 15. What really happened continues to be a mystery but the OT had lost control of the page all these days.
The portal continued to share reports on another page with a small following of nearly six thousand netizens and on its other social media platform: Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and other places.
At the time of hardship, if some gave cold shoulder, many OT fans stood by it. The hard work and some luck helped us to be back on the page and interact with you. Still there issues which need immediate attention.
If there were kind people then there were greedy people as well with one SEO guy asking for share to retrieve the page. The acquaintance whom the portal has known for the last 10 years said he would only help provided that he was made more than 50 per cent partner, an absurd claim which the portal never accepted. Some were least bothered and gave a cold shoulder to the portal’s call for help at the time of pandemic.
But there were some really good souls who stood by us like rock and provided all the assistance in getting the page retrieved. If we are able to operate this page and you are still reading the reports here then it is because of only such good people.
