MCD Deputy Mayor Aaley comes to Okhla, discusses ways to end residents’ woes
The MCD’s Deputy Mayor Aaley Mohammad Iqbal attended an Eid Milan ceremony on Sunday organised by Abul Fazal Enclave RWA at its AFE D block office.
Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan was also present on the stage. During the interaction session, local residents were given an opportunity to ask questions with both Khan and the Deputy Mayor.
RWA post bearer Pasha said residents discussed with the two leaders ways to end Okhla residents’ woes. The issue of bus stands in AFE, cleanliness drive, encroachment and installation of meters in high-rise flats were among many issues discussed, said Pasha.
