Whenever you hear of South Indian dishes the first thing that comes to mind is vegetable dishes like Masala Dosa, Sambar and others.
However, Okhla Head-based Wasif Fazal at his eatery South Climate is serving non-vegetable dishes adding South-North fusion.
Fazal told the OT that though he serves traditional South Indian dishes his signature dishes are chicken, fish and keema dosas which in a short period of time have become popular with food buffs in the locality.
“Non-vegetable dosa is not available anywhere in Delhi and this is my personal fusion by making North-South Indian dishes. Home delivery is also available if the order is of more than Rs 250,” he said.
The eatery opened two months ago is located in front of Jaswant Apartment at Okhla Head.
