Pray for Amanatullah’s speedy recovery, Naib Imam of Jamaat mosque to namazis
Since reports surfaced about Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan being hospitalised after chest pain on Friday late night in Apollo hospital, many of his followers have been praying for his quick recovery.
A mosque in Abul Fazal Enclave also asked its namazis to pray for the MLA quick recovery. A resident, who is a regular at a Jamaat-E-Islami Hind mosque in Abul Fazal Enclave told the OT that after the farz prayer of Isha the Naib (deputy) Imam of JIH mosque in Abul Fazal Enclave made an announcement urging namzis to pray for quick recovery of the MLA.
The Okhla MLA is recovering well in the hospital, said Khan’s close associates. A few hours ago a message was posted by Amanatullah Khan team on his official Facebook page informing the residents and his fans that the MLA had suffered a mild heart attack and is now recovering well in the hospital. Many Okhla residents visited the MLA in the hospital with some even sharing photos with him from the hospital on the social media and local WhahtsApp groups, said one resident.
Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia visited the hospital.
