Jamia admission 2020: All you need to know after deadline extended
Those who are waiting to take admission in Jamia Millia Islamia should know that university authorities have extended the last date to submit online application form for 2020-21 academic session.

Know with the new announcement, aspirants can apply till July 31.
“The online filling of admission forms of the university programmes (except MPhil and PhD programmes) including JMI Schools, Foreign National and NRI Category has been extended till 31st July, 2020,” reads a JMI notice.
“The last date of applying online for admission in MPhil and PhD programmes is further extended till August 20, 2020,” it adds.
In the last academic session, Jamia had seen 1,60,000 candidates applying for its various programmes. Out of the applicants some 7,788 were selected for admission to Jamia.
“There is no final plan as of now. Our decision-making bodies will meet and decide things soon as per the situation considering Covid-19. We will also wait for guidelines from the Union HRD ministry or UGC. Our registration process has been extended till July 31,” said the university PRO.
