A woman’s decomposed body has been found inside a flat, in suspicious circumstances in Jamia Nagar, according to media report.

According to police, the body appears to be two or three days old when found. When police reached the spot, it found that the deceased mentally ill son was found sitting near the body.
After receiving the information, police reached the spot and started investigation. The reason behind the death is yet not known. Police is awaiting post-mortem report after which it will be known whether it was a natural death or some other reason.

Police said the deceased son has been sent for medical check up and the flat has been sealed. All angles are being probed and police is speaking with neighbours.
