“Hi, found the cat. Thank you for the help, we will always be grateful for the same,” wrote the person who was first to inform us about the missing cat. And it was on the resident’s request that the OT had run the story.

It was on December 1 when this portal reported about how the owner of the cat had announced Rs 20,000 reward for info on missing Himalayan breed cat from Batla House.

After filing a complaint and getting no information, the OT was approached. The cat owner Imran Khan said: “The cat was seen near green mosque in Okhla by a kid who brought it home. His father recognised the cat and called us on the given number.” It is not known whether the cat owner as promised gave Rs 20,000 cash to the person who reunited the missing animal to the family after more than seven days.

Also, he shared a small video clipping of the cat in the house playing with the owner.
