Workers of the Congress Okhla unit held a candle march in Shaheen Bagh on Wednesday to pay tribute to the 21-year-old Indian student who was killed in shelling in Ukraine’s Kharkiv city.

The event was organised by Gentle Hedatullah with his wife Arfeen on her side. After Abul Fazal Enclave seat was reserved for women, Arfeen is seeking party ticket from this ward.

Naveen Shekarappa Gyanagoudar passed away on Tuesday in shelling in Kharkiv which is witnessing intense fighting in face of a renewed Russian assault.
