Shruti Sharma, who visited Jamia Millia Islamia days after cracking UPSC ranking first all India, gets a rapturous welcome at Engineering Auditorium where large number of students gathered to see her and clapped as she talked about her mesmirising UPSC journey.
Shruti, an alumnus of JNU and Stephens’, prepared for UPSC at Jamia’s RCA coaching centre which over years has turned up into India’s topnotch centre to churn out civil servants year after year.

While addressing the auditorium packed gathering, including students and university faculty members, at an event organised by Jamia Teachers’ Association to felicitate her and distribute scholarships to needy student, Shurti thanked teachers at Jamia RCA who were always more than willing to guide her in the right direction.
Jamia Vice Chancellor Najma Akhtar also was present with other top university officials on the dais. In her address, she also praised the hard work put in by Shriti. JTA’s Professor Majid Jamil also thanked Shruti and felicitated her.
