A goat trader at Dhobi Ghat said he lost his two goats a few days ago. When asked how, he said two youths came in a car in the night two days ago when it was dark and stole two goats worth Rs 50 thousands and fled from the spot.
He said they were unable to chase them as they were in car and fled from the spot fast. Every year goat traders visit Okhla to sell animals. This year the mandi has been shifted to a new place a few metres from Dhobi Ghat under Mumbai-Delhi Expressway.
From time to time stories do surface of goat traders suffering.
