Shaheen Bagh resident Kausar Jamal Khan, who worked as economist in Germany, lost battle with cancer on Tuesday morning, according to a family member. Tanveer Chaudhary said Kausar Jamal, 58, who completed BSc physics Honours and post graduation in economy from Jamia  Millia Islamia in 1986, and was residing in Shaheen Bagh for many years, was diagnosed with lung cancer months ago.
