Well known food critic Jawed Iqbal Khan bereaved. His sister, Naiyer Sultana , passed away today. Tadfeen will take place after Isha at Shaheen Bagh qabristan. Originally from Bihar’s Gaya district, 56-year-old Sultana lost battle to cancer in Delhi. After being diagnosed of anaplastic thyroid cancer year ago, she was undergoing treatment in a hospital in Delhi with the family residing in N-block Abul Fazal Enclave, said Khan, who is also a social activist and a known figure in Delhi. She has left behind three sons, one daughter and husband.
