The gate of Al-Shifa Hospital in Abul Fazal Enclave is half open and on the gate several notices can be seen. “Bed not available in this hospital. Bed occupancy is full, emergency is closed,” said a resident who had visited the hospital to see Jamia Millia Islamia Urdu Professor Khalid Mubashir undergoing treatment there.
