People whi use Airtel Xstream fiber/fixedline services in Jamia Nagar are facing blackout due to technical reason.
On complaint, a resident said he got this message: “Hi, Due to technical issues you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fiber/Fixedline services. The expected time to resume your services is 30-OCT-2021 20:53:56. Inconvenience caused is regretted.”
LATEST UPDATE: It is important to point out that the connection was back in a short span of time, said one user, adding that it addressed the issue in a professional manner.
