Wahab throws 110 kg biryani, 20 kg zarda feast in honour of Chauhan Bangar Cong councillor Zuber
Former Okhla Congress MLA Asif Md Khan’s resident at Kalindi Kunj wore a festive look with Congress flags hoisted everywhere and workers seen in large numbers to welcome Chauhan Bangar Congress councillor Chaudhary Zuber Ahmed who won the local election.
The event organized by Abdul Wahab Malik saw many Congress workers turning up, including activist Aarfa Khanam, Bittu and others at Kalindi Kunj.
And as the welcome event was held, Md Ayub said chefs were busy cooking 110 kg biryani, 20 kg zarda for the guests and Congress workers.
It is proud moment that how the Congress candidate won from his constituency in the local bypolls, said Wahab giving credit to Asif Md Khan who had campaigned for Zuber in the elections.
